Project Work

You have a real project — a server migration, an office move, a hardware refresh — and you need a partner who will plan it, scope it honestly, and execute without surprises.

A planned, scheduled engagement with a fixed scope, a clear timeline, and a team that owns the outcome.

The plan

  1. 01

    Scope the work honestly

We start by understanding what you’re actually trying to accomplish — the underlying goal, not just the project description. Then we write a scope you can read and a price you can plan around.

  2. 02

    Schedule and execute

Real timelines, real milestones, real communication along the way. We do the work when we said we would, and we keep you in the loop on what we found and what changed.

  3. 03

    Hand off cleanly

Documentation, training where it matters, and a clear conclusion. You know what we did, why we did it, and what to do next if something changes.

Common questions

What kinds of projects do you do?
Office moves, server replacements, Microsoft 365 migrations, network refreshes, security tooling deployments, conference-room AV builds, structured-cabling installs, point-of-sale rollouts, hardware refreshes — anything that has a defined scope, a deliverable, and an end date.
Do we have to be a managed-IT client to do a project with you?
No. Project work is its own thing. We do plenty of one-off projects for businesses that have internal IT or another MSP — we’re happy to be the team that handles the work outside their core capacity.
How does pricing work for projects?
Fixed-fee or time-and-materials, depending on the scope. We prefer fixed-fee where the scope is well-defined — you get certainty, we get a deadline, everyone benefits. T&M is for genuinely exploratory work where the answer is part of the project.
Do you provide hardware as part of projects?
Yes — we source and resell hardware (workstations, servers, network gear, phones, peripherals) as part of project deliverables or standalone. We don’t mark up to make a margin on hardware; we charge a flat handling fee and the savings go to you.
Do you do emergency / break-fix work?
No. We’re a managed-services and project firm — not an emergency-response shop. If you’re in active crisis and don’t have an existing MSP relationship, we can sometimes help, but it’s an exception and usually leads to a longer conversation about a more permanent arrangement.
