- What phone systems do you sell and support?
- We deploy and support Microsoft Teams Phone, hosted PBX platforms, and traditional VoIP systems depending on what fits the business. We also handle SIP trunking, number porting, call flow design, and the hardware (desk phones, conference units, headsets).
- Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
- In almost every case, yes. We handle the number porting, schedule the cutover for off-hours, and stage it so there’s no call gap. We’ve never lost a number on a port we’ve done.
- Do you do phone system consultation only — without changing carriers?
- Yes. If you have a system that mostly works and you just need help redesigning call flows, adding new sites, training staff, or troubleshooting issues, we do project work without requiring a platform change.
- What about call recording and compliance?
- Yes — for businesses with recording or retention obligations (legal, medical, financial), we deploy platforms that meet those requirements and configure retention and access controls accordingly.
