We’re not the cheapest option. We’re not trying to be. Below is a straight answer about what it costs to have Aspendora manage your IT — and an honest filter to help you decide whether we’re the right partner for your business.
The minimum
Our minimum monthly engagement is $3,500.
That’s the floor, not the average. Most of our clients invest more. The minimum exists because below that number we can’t deliver the standard of service we’ve built our reputation on — and we’d rather say no than say yes to something we can’t do well.
Typical engagements fall between $3,500 and $25,000 per month, depending on business size, environment complexity, and service tier.
Why we have a minimum
Below a certain scale, the model just doesn’t work.
We standardize across every client. The same core platform, security baseline, and monitoring tooling across every engagement. That standardization has real fixed costs per client, regardless of size.
We staff for real coverage. Responsive help desk, 24/7 monitoring, documented response times. A real team with real overhead — not a shoestring with hope.
We invest in clients over time. Quarterly reviews, proactive improvements, custom automation. The clients who get the most out of working with us are the ones where we’re deeply engaged, not transactionally serving.
