How We Work
How we onboard a new client
The 30 to 60 days between signed agreement and quietly operational. What it actually looks like.

Onboarding is the project that decides whether the rest of the engagement is calm or chaotic. We treat it that way.
Week one is discovery: inventory, documentation, access, and a baseline of where everything actually stands. Week two is decisions: what we keep, what we replace, what gets phased out. Weeks three through six are execution — migrating to our standardized stack, applying our security baseline, training the team, and turning on monitoring.
Done well, the team experiences a quiet, staged handoff — not a disruptive rip-and-replace. That is the goal.
